Cream of mushroom.

mushrooms - 400g
onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1 clove
hot broth - 500ml
milk - 1 cup
Cream - 50 ml
food starch - 3 tbsp. l.
green onions - to taste
salt
pepper.

Finely chop the onion and garlic. Add one or two mushroom (depending on their size) to the side for decoration, and the remaining mushrooms cut into small pieces. Finely chopped onions, garlic and mushrooms to put in the closed pot and simmer for about 5 minutes. Then add the hot broth with mushroom mixture which grind until the puree and add the milk.
