I'm sorry, i can't good translate this text. But i hope you understand it...
turkey in Hungarian.
I have no idea whether cooked this something in Hungary, my idea, but some foods Hungarian, hence the name.

You will need:
Turkey schnitzel, -3 pc (can any bird, and not necessarily schnitzel, but the best fillet)
-1-Cream jar 300g (large total).
-3 Large tomatoes
- 20 cloves of garlic.
-2 Large eggplant
Bank cups pineapple
-Bottle of Tokay.
-Cheese
, Cumin, paprika sweet (1 pack), and salt.

Aubergine Wash and cut thin slices, pour the wine with cold water so that the mixture of them completely covered. Put to stand for 20 minutes.
Meat beat off, pour the wine and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Garlic and tomatoes in a blender mixed.
Cover pan with foil, brush with butter. Put the eggplant on it and solt it, lay on top tomato puree and garlic, sprinkle with caraway seeds. Top put soaked schnitzel and some of the wine in which they were soaked, too, poured onto a baking sheet. Top with pineapple. Mix sour cream with paprika and pour in pan. Sprinkle with cheese.
Place in oven and bake at 180 degrees until done.
